Job Description:

This contract position involves working as a CVOR tech in a bustling surgical setting, primarily assisting with cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures. The role includes handling various cases, from standard cardiac interventions to complex vascular procedures, some utilizing robotic assistance. You will be preparing and attending to CVOR suites, collaborating closely with cath lab nurses, and supporting vascular cases that might open unexpectedly. The position offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience with Da Vinci XI robotic systems, with training available for those new to robotic surgery. Expect to be involved in high-volume day surgery activities, running wires, circulating, and staying ready for vascular emergencies. The schedule supports on-call responsibilities with ample preparation, and the work environment continually challenges and sharpens your technical skills in a fast-paced surgical atmosphere.
