Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding travel nursing opportunity on a Step-down unit at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. This 13-week contract places you in a busy hospital setting where you'll work 12-hour rotating shifts—either from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM—covering a patient population that may require you to float between units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department. You'll be responsible for monitoring stable patients transitioning from intensive care, with a focus on rhythm recognition, medication administration, and patient observation. This role offers a unique chance to gain experience in a renowned institution while enjoying the rhythm of a flexible schedule, with every other holiday work required. The ideal candidate has at least 18 months of recent step-down experience, holds an Ohio or Compact State license, and is certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Be prepared to demonstrate ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate proficiency during orientation—show your skills to succeed in this critical support role.
