Job Description:

Join a dedicated respiratory therapy team at a well-respected community hospital located off I-81 in Wytheville, Virginia. As an RRT on night shifts, you'll work 12-hour overnight shifts providing vital respiratory support to adult, geriatric, pediatric, and infant patients. This role involves managing ventilators, CPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment while collaborating closely with a team of over 80 physicians. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a facility recognized with the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval, serving a diverse patient population and working with advanced equipment such as vents, EKGs, BIPAPs, and oxygen therapy tools. Expect to be part of a compassionate team committed to quality care in a hospital that’s the only one in Wythe County, offering a stable, rewarding contract that lasts 13 weeks.
