Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a busy multi-care ICU unit in Prescott Valley, AZ, working 12-hour night shifts. You will provide advanced nursing care for adult patients with a range of critical conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-op complications. The role requires at least two years of ICU experience and proficiency in titrating drips such as vasopressors and sedation. You’ll be managing a diverse patient load, utilizing remote monitoring technology, and collaborating with charge nurses and staff to deliver effective patient care. The unit maintains a high standard of care with specialized certifications like BLS and ACLS, supporting ventilator management and complex infusion therapies. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to hone your critical care skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working a schedule that balances rest and professional growth.
