Job Description:

Join our critical care float pool as a Registered Nurse in a role that offers a chance to work across multiple ICU specialties, including SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU. You'll be providing vital support during night shifts, primarily from 19:00 to 07:00, on a schedule that includes every other weekend and some holidays. This position immerses you in a variety of urgent and complex cases, from traumatic injuries and surgical complications to neuro and cardiac patients, as well as oncology cases requiring intensive care and chemo inductions. Two years of ICU experience is required to ensure you're prepared for the fast-paced, high-stakes environment that challenges your clinical expertise and adaptability. Expect to work in a setting with three 18-bed ICUs and one 6-bed Oncology ICU, each caring for critically ill patients with diverse medical needs. This assignment offers a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your skills and contribute to a team that relies on your critical thinking and resilience.
