Job Description:

This ICU travel assignment in Nashville offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for experienced Intensive Care Unit nurses. You will work 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract, providing specialized care to critically ill patients. The role involves reading telemetry strips, managing arrhythmias, and coordinating moderate sedation and heparin distribution. Floating within your scope is required, and flexibility with your schedule—including weekends and holidays—is essential. Past travel experience is a must, and the contract will be terminated after three call-outs. Be prepared for pre-placement testing on arrhythmias and sedation management, along with mandatory certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI or MAB. Dependability, transparency, and clinical proficiency are key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment.
