Job Description:

Join our team at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus as a Step Down Registered Nurse in the HVTI-Stepdown unit. This placement offers the chance to care for a consistent patient population, with potential float coverage to units J1-2, J33, and ED. The schedule features 12-hour rotating shifts, working either from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate operational needs. The role is perfect for experienced nurses with at least 18 months of recent Stepdown or travel experience, ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced environment. A valid Ohio or Compact state license, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, are required to ensure readiness. Expect to work at least every other holiday, with assessments in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate completed during orientation. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to refine clinical skills and experience a renowned healthcare setting while working a steady 36 hours each week over a 13-week contract.
