Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in Rapid City, SD, on a 13-week contract that offers a chance to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced respiratory care department serving adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. You'll support a variety of critical care settings, utilizing advanced ventilators like Draeger V500, Servo-I MRI, and high-flow devices such as Airvo2. This role involves rotating shifts—12 hours long, every other weekend and holiday—with opportunities for on-call duties during evenings, nights, and weekends. You'll be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with charge RTs, clinical specialists, and supervisors to deliver exceptional respiratory care. The environment is challenging, but you'll gain invaluable experience working with sophisticated equipment and complex patient cases, including NICU care if needed. This contract offers a vibrant opportunity to refine your critical care skills in a supportive setting.
