Job Description:

This high-stakes labor and delivery assignment in Milwaukee offers a unique opportunity for experienced obstetric RNs and OB technicians to work in a bustling Level IV trauma center. You will be responsible for caring for high-risk mothers and newborns, supporting complex procedures like placenta accreta management, cervical exams, and assisting during C-sections. With a schedule of 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks, you’ll navigate a variety of critical activities—from fetal monitoring to postpartum care—while collaborating with a team of residents, midwives, and specialists. Expect to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a teaching hospital setting, supporting both routine and high-acuity cases with state-of-the-art equipment and protocols.
