Job Description:

Join Highland Springs as an Assessment Specialist RN in the Intake department for a 12-week travel assignment. This role involves providing mental health assessments for adult patients aged 18 to 99, with a focus on recognizing mental health conditions such as detox, depression, and psychosis. The shift runs from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Friday through Sunday, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You’ll work in a facility with 24 beds and a patient ratio of 1:4, supporting individuals in a structured and respectful environment.
