Job Description:

Join the operating room team at a busy hospital in Lafayette, Indiana, as a Certified Surgical First Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in the 2nd Floor-North OR on a 4-shift schedule of 10-hour days, providing vital support during thoracic, vascular, and open heart surgeries. You'll be scrubbing in on a variety of procedures, ranging from general to specialized cases, and collaborating closely with surgeons to ensure smooth operation flow. Your expertise in vascular and open heart surgeries, along with your ability to assist in other cases, will directly contribute to patient outcomes. This assignment is perfect for a seasoned CSFA with at least 3 years of experience and a passion for helping teams succeed in complex surgical environments.
