Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse role places you in a supportive and fast-paced unit that specializes in managing patients requiring close monitoring and complex care. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with responsibilities focusing on titration of vasopressors, insulin drips, and sedation medications. The position offers the opportunity to utilize your experience with ventilators, external pacemakers, chest tubes, and arterial lines, all while collaborating with a dedicated team.
