Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity for PICU Registered Nurses to work in a well-respected short-term acute care hospital in Fayetteville, NC. You will be assigned to night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a 12-hour schedule, providing specialized care in a busy Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with a patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. Experience with pediatric critical care is required, and previous PICU experience of at least two years is preferred. The role involves floating between similar units and working every other weekend, with guaranteed hours once call-offs are accounted for. A unique aspect of this position is the hospital's return staff policy, requiring a one-year absence for re-entry, and a system limit of two contracts, with a mandatory six-month break after extensions.
