Job Description:

Step into a travel Interventional Radiology role in Athens, Georgia, supporting IR and vascular procedures across an adult-to-geriatric population. This assignment blends hands-on procedural support in three procedure spaces—an IR suite, an OR hybrid room, and a multi-purpose room—so each shift brings varied workflows and equipment setups.

You’ll scrub and circulate for a wide range of IR procedures, using facility-supported imaging systems including a Phillips Flex Arm C-Arm and a Siemens Artis Pheno C-Arm. The unit uses Epic and Pyxis, with work spanning IR, ER, ICU, and OR as needed within scope.

Expect an every-other-weekend schedule, plus weekend call coverage on a rotating basis (Friday night through Monday morning every 5–6th weekend). This contract runs for 14 weeks, with day shifts at 8 hours each day. Bring your ARRT(R) credential and BLS, and bring the steadiness it takes to keep procedure days running smoothly—no fuss, no drama, just great teamwork.
