Job Description:

Join a Cath Lab & IR unit in Martinsburg, West Virginia as a travel cardiovascular specialist supporting adult cardiac cases in a fast-paced, procedure-driven setting. This contract features a 40-hour week with variable shifts (Monday–Friday 0700–1530, including potential weekend coverage). You’ll work within a Cath Lab Team structure on a 3-man team (2 RN and 1 tech), assist with core adult cardiac services such as diagnostic procedures, peripheral/cardiac caths, PCI, device work, and related interventions. The weekend requirement follows the same coverage window as RN shifts (0700–0700). Call is required with weekday response coverage from 1530–0700 and holiday call coverage through 7–7.

You’ll complete floor-specific orientation (including two preceptor shifts and then a “buddy call”), operate in the unit’s established workflow and EMR systems (Cupid; Epic/dynamics environment is XperCharge), and support the day’s assignments while stepping in for cases as needed. Scrubs are provided (RN navy blue; Rad Tech burgundy).
