Job Description:

Work as a Registered Nurse in OB/GYN Mother-Baby (postpartum) on a 12-hour day shift schedule. This travel contract supports care for postpartum and mother-baby patients across vaginal delivery, C-section, and GYN surgery cases—without being an L&D request. You’ll use verified Cerner experience to document and coordinate during your shift, aligning with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.

To be considered, you must have PP/mother-baby experience and demonstrate current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NRP. You should hold an active RN license to practice in the District of Columbia and have at least 2 years of relevant experience (minimum 2 years preferred). BSN is highly desired.

Weather:

Expect mild conditions with a mix of crisp air and occasional rain. Days are typically comfortable, and evenings can feel cooler, so layering is helpful.
