Job Description:

Join a short-term acute care team as a House Supervisor Registered Nurse to provide on-site leadership and operational support across the unit workflow. This assignment is based in Medford, Oregon, with a 3x12-hour day shift schedule (07:00–19:00). Weekends are required on an occasional basis, and the position is not on-call.

In this role, you’ll be the point person for coordinating day-to-day staffing and unit needs, using Epic for documentation. You’ll work with the stability of a defined schedule while stepping into a unique supervisor-focused function within a short-term acute care setting. Scrubs are provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, PACU, and Maternal Child, and charting is completed in Epic.
