Job Description:

Travel RN PICC assignment in Wichita, Kansas at a critical care setting focused on specialized vascular access work. You’ll support the Intensivist-led critical care workflow while performing and maintaining PICC-related procedures, including Powerglide, middle line, and vein insertion, along with PICC insertion and care. Expect ultrasound-supported work and hands-on familiarity with Bard 3CG equipment and Meditech/CPN EMR.

This is a 12-hour nights schedule (7P–7A) over a 13-week travel contract, designed for an RN who works independently, stays steady under pressure, and takes pride in precise, detail-oriented vascular access support. If you bring at least 1 year of current acute care PICC RN experience plus BLS, ACLS, and PALS, you’ll be set to contribute immediately. Meditech experience and PICC line certification are preferred, and pediatric experience is a plus.

Weather:

Expect a mix of warm days and cooler evenings, with humidity that can rise at times. Conditions can vary from mild sunshine to passing showers, so layers are helpful.
