Job Description:

Step into a Travel Swing Bed RN role in Kirksville, Missouri, supporting up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients during 12-hour nights. This assignment is built for a nurse who enjoys steady clinical flow and can adapt when swing volume shifts—there’s also the possibility of absorbing Med Surg patients if needed, using the same core skills with a slightly different intensity of nursing care.

Your shift runs nights from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with weekends required. Floating is part of the job, primarily to Med Surg for patient assignments, with occasional tasking on other units as long as you’re operating within your established competencies. Call is required but not standing; you may be placed on call only if volume supports it, staying within the standard contract’s call-off time.

This role is ideal for an RN with 1+ year of relevant experience, Rehab and/or Med Surg experience, and current BLS.
