Job Description:

Join a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role on a 32-bed Medical Innovation Unit in Fishersville, Virginia, where teams are early adopters of new technology, equipment, and nursing practice models. This contract features a night shift schedule designed around every-other-weekend coverage, including holiday rotation with clearly defined expectations. Staff self-schedule within rotating groups that change each week, with additional summer and winter holiday rotation requirements.

You’ll work 12-hour nights (19:00–07:00) and be prepared to float at times to support staffing needs. On Day 1, the RN will take the required onboarding steps through Employee Health and then depart, with the first full shift beginning on Tuesday. Assignments may include coverage within the unit’s room range (Rooms 221–248), supporting a fast-paced, innovation-focused medical/surgical practice setting. Two years of experience is required; first-timers are accepted.
