Job Description:

This contract offers a unique opportunity for licensed nurses to immerse themselves in a structured night shift role within a hospital setting. You'll lead patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and execute evidence-based interventions to support recovery and safety. The position involves bedside lab testing, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, and performing patient movements with attention to safety protocols. Expect to be at the forefront of patient management during the overnight hours, providing essential care and documentation while enjoying a role that combines clinical responsibility with autonomous decision-making.
