Job Description:

Step into an Adult RRT role supporting CRT Respiratory/Neuro diagnostics in Charleston’s teaching hospital setting. This is a 12-hour nights assignment working 3x12hr shifts from 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (with holidays required), perfect for an experienced Adult critical care RRT who enjoys focused, high-acuity respiratory work across cardiopulmonary and ICU-level cases. You’ll work within adult populations and may float within scope to the main hospital if needed—using the same equipment and Epic charting requirements. Every other weekend is required, and the shift structure keeps you grounded in a consistent night schedule throughout your contract.

This position requires at least 2 years of critical care experience, NBRC RRT certification, BLS, and ACLS, along with SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider). A Radiation Badge is not required, and there is no on-call requirement.

Weather:

Expect warm, humid days with occasional thunderstorms, followed by mild nights. Coastal breezes can bring brief relief from the heat, with plenty of sunny breaks between storms.
