Job Description:

Join a travel contract to support a busy emergency department in Milton, Massachusetts. This role focuses on providing fast-paced care coordination during 12-hour mid shifts, with a structured schedule that includes every other weekend. You’ll be part of a team supporting telemetry-based workflows, completing onboarding requirements and orientation processes that are timed to keep assignments moving smoothly.

Contract guarantees include 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked). You must hold an active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission or be eligible for a temporary Massachusetts license. Expect onboarding testing prior to assignment via a Zoom Protector meeting, including dysrhythmia and medication assessments, with a required passing score and no remediation or re-sit opportunities.

To be considered, you must have ACLS and BLS (AHA) at time of submission, TNCC, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. PALS or ENPC is preferred, and you must be able to pass the pass/fail ECG/telemetry and medication testing during onboarding.

Expect warm, mostly pleasant weather with occasional humid days and changing coastal breezes. Plan for variability with the possibility of brief rain showers.
