Job Description:

Join a fast-paced night shift team in Santa Fe, New Mexico as a Registered Nurse supporting a 7PM–7AM travel assignment. This role centers on delivering age-appropriate clinical coordination during the overnight hours, including initial assessments, priority-setting, systematic reassessment, and timely interventions based on patient progress and outcome trends. You’ll develop and implement an individualized plan of care, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed—while also contributing to patient education and discharge planning activities as part of the unit workflow.
