Job Description:

Step into a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse role in Big Spring, Texas—ideal for a travel clinician who enjoys structured schedules and hands-on problem solving. This assignment uses a 36/48 hour alternating pattern with a clear shift structure: Day shift 3x12 hours (07:00–19:00). You’ll be working across alternating day plans, bringing your experience to a fast, varied medical-surgical unit where your day-to-day responsibilities center on comprehensive bedside nursing within established workflows.

What makes this contract unique is the rhythm of the 36/48 hour rotation paired with 12-hour day shifts. If you’ve completed at least 2 years of nursing experience and have prior travel experience, you’ll be set up to hit the ground running and provide consistent, reliable care throughout each rotation.
