Job Description:

Bring your RN skill set to a travel contract supporting Clinical Care in the Battle Creek/Albion area. This Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) position provides direct nursing care to participants and focuses on triaging emergent situations, monitoring acute and chronic conditions, and using established care plans to deliver clinic and home-based services. You’ll collaborate with Primary Care Providers and a team of licensed and non-licensed personnel while also working independently when applying advanced nursing knowledge in complex moments.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours, including home visits as needed to provide care and treatment ordered by the PCP. Typical work may include wound care, lab draws, nursing assessments, and other direct nursing tasks, along with staying an active presence in-center where frequent interruptions are part of the rhythm of the day.

A reliable, detail-focused approach matters here—along with current CPR certification (AHA preferred or obtainable) and the ability to maintain steady performance while communicating with participants, caregivers, and partner organizations.
