Job Description:

Join a travel nursing assignment in Ogallala, Nebraska as an RN working 12-hour nights for 13 weeks. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care using professional nursing standards—ensuring each patient’s needs are addressed through individualized care planning and ongoing reassessment. You’ll review history and physicals, incorporate information from the healthcare team, interpret diagnostic and laboratory data, and report abnormal results as appropriate. You’ll formulate and update goals and a plan of care that reflect realistic, measurable outcomes, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team and communicating changes clearly to support continuity.

On nights, you’ll deliver care based on physician orders and the nursing plan, delegating and supervising activities of licensed and non-licensed team members when applicable. You’ll evaluate responses to care and teaching, adjust the plan as patient conditions change, and complete documentation that is timely, legible, and aligned with policy.
