Job Description:

Join a travel mammography-focused contract in Laurium, Michigan, supporting screening and diagnostic mammography workflows at a hospital-based outpatient setting. This assignment is built around a consistent 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts that typically run during daytime hours (with occasional afternoon possibilities). You’ll help keep imaging services moving by performing screening DX mammograms and general X-rays, handling scheduling and exam flow while maintaining accurate documentation—Epic charting experience is preferred.

What makes this contract especially unique is the structure around guaranteed hours and low-census coverage: you may be eligible for up to 36 hours of low-census unbillable time, and additional on-call assignments can be scheduled during slower periods. If you’re called back, you’ll be eligible for call-back pay (with a 2-hour minimum). The facility may also utilize float opportunities to the Aspirus Houghton Clinic. ARRT (R) and (M) certification, along with BLS (AHA or ARC) requirements, are needed for submission.
