Job Description:

Join a travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) assignment in Gardner, Massachusetts, supporting surgical services on a consistent day schedule. This role centers on working in the operating room with a focus on coordination, documentation, and standardized communication throughout each case. You’ll use Omnicell for medications management and Meditech Expanse for documentation, while following SBAR for clear handoffs and updates during shift. The schedule is 4 x 10-hour days, running 07:00–17:00, designed for predictable time blocks that help you plan your week.

The facility is looking for an RN with at least 1 year of operating room experience. First-time travelers may be considered if you have the right background and can confidently operate within OR workflows and documentation standards. There is no call, float, or weekend requirement for this assignment.
