Job Description:

Join a travel Medical Laboratory Technician role in Troy, Missouri at a hospital-based East Facility Lab. You’ll support the General Laboratory by performing and interpreting analyses on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques, helping provide actionable laboratory results for the team.

This assignment offers evening scheduling (5x8 variable) with typical hours of 2:30–11:30p, plus flexibility to cover night shift when needed for vacations and coverage. The position runs on weekly guaranteed hours of 36, with no weekend requirement and no call. Blood bank experience is important, as the facility maintains a manual blood bank.

Required qualifications include MLS(ASCP) and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and be adaptable in a fast-paced lab setting.
