Job Description:

Join a fast-paced travel nursing role supporting Labor & Delivery in a Level 1 trauma setting. In this assignment, you’ll take responsibility for an assigned group of patients, provide hands-on care, and stay ahead of changing clinical needs by documenting responses to nursing interventions and noting updates to physician orders. You’ll monitor physiological data, obtain and regulate IV infusions and blood products, administer medications as prescribed, and assist with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures and treatments. You’ll also collaborate with families by sharing the care plan in the hospital and at discharge, informing patients and families about hospital procedures, and directing care needs through appropriate referrals. With a 12-hour day schedule and a 13-week commitment, this role offers a focused stretch of impactful work in Oklahoma City—equal parts skill-building and purpose.

Weather:

Expect a mix of warm days and cooler evenings, with occasional storms possible. Conditions are generally comfortable for getting outside between shifts.
