Job Description:

Work as a Travel Registered Nurse in MedSurg/Tele with Vascular Access on 5 East in Chesapeake, Virginia—an assignment built for a night-shift RN who’s ready to keep things moving while covering a telemetry-focused patient unit. This contract runs 13 weeks with possible extension and supports shifts that include nights on weekdays, EOW, and designated holidays, plus float as needed within the facility. Expect a busy, fast-paced workflow with 1:7 staffing coverage—please confirm you meet this ratio requirement before submitting.

Your day-to-day includes telemetry interpretation and IV starts, with EPIC proficiency required (no exceptions). You’ll work with BLS certification from the American Heart Association. The ideal traveler brings at least 2 years of relevant experience, with travel experience preferred, and holds a compact or Virginia license in hand.
