Job Description:

Join a travel Cath Lab RN role in Frisco, Texas—supporting a small, boutique-style Medical City Frisco cath lab team known for a laid-back, drama-free workflow with busy days when it counts. This assignment is built around 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a call structure that includes 11–13 call days per month and two weekends each month. You’ll work 7:30A–3:30P and handle call coverage for a winter holiday and a summer holiday where applicable.

In the cath lab, your day-to-day will include circulating and assisting across a range of cardiovascular procedures such as cardiac caths, TEE/CVNs, pacemaker implants, PVS, EP ablations, PE/DVT thrombectomies, and Lexiscan injections for nuc med stress tests. The team uses Philips and GE equipment, Pyxis, and MacLab; Meditech is the EMR. MacLab monitoring experience is preferred, and EP circulating experience is preferred, but training is available for both.

To be considered, you’ll bring a minimum of 3 years of cath lab experience, the ability to think critically and work independently, and current BLS and ACLS (preferred). You’ll fit best if you take initiative and are flexible, patient-supportive, and comfortable jumping in with a collaborative cath lab team.

Expect generally mild, pleasant conditions with warm days and cooler evenings, along with occasional bursts of humidity and sunshine. Weather can shift quickly, so bringing layers is always helpful.
