Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team in Grand Rapids, MN, for a 13-week travel assignment working rotating days and nights on a busy Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) unit. You will be providing care during approximately 25-33 births per month across six birthing suites and four postpartum/surgical rooms. The role involves monitoring labor patients, assisting with deliveries (excluding C-sections), and supporting new families in a welcoming, small-town setting that offers a balance of quiet community life and professional opportunity. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts in a routine that alternates between weekdays and weekends, keeping your schedule engaging but manageable.

This position is unique in its focus on labor support without the demands of high-risk births, providing a more predictable workload in a scenic setting nestled among lakes and outdoor recreation. The team includes OB/GYNs and family practice physicians, with specialized support such as lactation consultants, all operating within a supportive environment where your skills in labor and postpartum care will shine.
