Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO, as a Circulating RN in the Operating Room, specializing in General and Neuro Surgery. This contract offers a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with advanced surgical equipment like the DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair, managing neuro, urology, gynecology, and orthopedic procedures. Expect 10-hour shifts on a 4-day schedule, with up to three Fridays or Mondays off in a six-week cycle. The role emphasizes thorough assessment, planning, and advocacy for surgical patients while maintaining a team-focused environment. Flu vaccinations are required from November 1 to April 1, with exemptions only if approved by the client.
