Job Description:

This Case Manager Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work within an acute hospital setting in Kinston, North Carolina. You will be responsible for discharge planning, patient assessment, and care coordination during day shifts from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
