Job Description:

Join the team in a bustling Medical-Surgical unit specializing in Women's Medicine, where you'll be responsible for providing attentive and efficient nursing care to adult female patients and those who identify as female. This 48-bed unit features private rooms, including three negative pressure rooms, and utilizes Epic EMR for documentation. Your days will be busy moments of critical thinking, with responsibilities including managing complex patient cases such as respiratory failure, CHF exacerbation, sepsis, and more. The role offers the opportunity to pass on your expertise by precepting less experienced nurses and taking on informal leadership as part of a growing, team-oriented environment. The assignment is uniquely suited for confident, proactive RNs comfortable working independently and supporting a developing team during a key growth phase.
