Job Description:

Join Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital as a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment, where you'll provide vital support in a rural setting. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, caring for a mix of adult and occasional pediatric surgical patients, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2. You’ll use EPIC charting systems and be part of a team that values flexibility—floating to similar units within the skillset or across Aspirus locations like Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Be prepared to bring at least two years of ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and meet the requirement to reside outside 50 miles of the facility. This assignment offers a consistent schedule with every other weekend and holiday work, and a weekly hour commitment of 36 hours, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.
