Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (MedSurg RN) position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a 18-bed Critical Access Hospital, delivering acute care to a diverse patient population. You'll cover 12-hour night shifts, typically three or four times a week, providing hands-on nursing in a setting that values flexibility and teamwork. The role involves floating between units, working some weekends, holidays—including Christmas—and being adaptable to the needs of the hospital. It's a chance to sharpen your skills in a close-knit environment while making a meaningful difference in patient recovery and comfort. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience, hold current BCLS certification, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-focused hospital setting where every shift counts.
