Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Cath Lab team as a Radiology / Cardiology Technologist in Snellville, GA. You'll perform diagnostic cardiac procedures, including diagnostic caths, PCI, orbital atherectomies, IABP, Impella, and device implants, working primarily with adult to geriatric patients. Your role involves setting up and operating GE Discovery systems, interpreting EKGs, obtaining vital signs, and analyzing rhythms such as sinus node rhythms and pacemaker functions. This assignment offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art environment with two dedicated rooms and an average daily census of 8-10 patients. No EP studies or ablations are involved, making this a specialized opportunity for experienced technologists looking to deepen their procedural expertise. The shift is four days a week, ten hours each day, with floating within the department and to sister facilities as needed. Travelers enjoy a variety of responsibilities, from maintaining equipment to assisting in complex procedures, all while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
