Job Description:

Join a bustling surgical department as an Operating Room RN at Boston Medical Center, where you will be immersed in a variety of specialties including neuro, vascular, GYN, ortho, and more. This role offers a unique chance to experience working in a 24/7 staffed OR with 17 rooms, performing scrub activities across diverse surgical procedures. With a 12-hour MID shift on a rotating schedule, you'll navigate day and evening shifts, including every 3rd weekend and alternate holidays. Flexibility is essential, and your proven expertise in at least five service areas will be vital. You may also float to Moakley OR if needed, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
