Job Description:

Join an exciting cardiac sonography team as an Echo Technician in Fishersville, VA. This 13-week contract offers a hands-on role performing a variety of adult echocardiography procedures, including stress echos, TEEs, and contrast imaging. You'll be working primarily in outpatient settings, with shifts scheduled for 10-hour days from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Expect varied start times and weekend or weeknight call responsibilities approximately every 3-4 weekends. This position allows you to sharpen your skills in adult echo techniques and operate advanced GE and Philips ultrasound equipment. Credentialing in ARDMS RDCS or CCI RDS is mandatory, as you'll be performing high-quality imaging that supports critical cardiac assessments. Day-to-day activities focus on delivering precise imaging, handling procedures in ICU/ED settings, and documenting in Meditech EMR. This is an opportunity to contribute to a specialized cardiology team while expanding your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
