Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a Level III NICU, providing care for neonatal patients from high-risk deliveries to complex Neonatal Intensive Care procedures. You will be responsible for bedside and charge duties during 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to earn a bump for charge responsibilities. Expect to engage in procedures such as IV management, arterial and central line care, neonatal intubation, and medication administration, including blood products and vasopressors. The role involves supporting high-risk newborns, including those with respiratory distress, sepsis, or require advanced ventilator management, all while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver specialized neonatal care. This assignment provides a chance to deepen your expertise in a high-acuity setting with a focus on neonatal stabilization and family teaching, all while working a flexible night schedule.
