Job Description:

This RN position at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital offers a focused inpatient rehab experience with a minimum commitment of 13 weeks. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing care for adults with complex neurological and orthopedic conditions. The role involves high-acuity patient management similar to a medical-surgical unit, with responsibilities including assisting C.N.As, responding to call lights, and supporting patients' recovery goals. The facility emphasizes teamwork, and nurses are expected to support unit operations during times of high patient acuity.
