Job Description:

Join a bustling labor & delivery unit as a Surgical Technician specializing in obstetric cases. You'll assist with high and low risk antepartum and intrapartum patient management, support C-sections, and help facilitate post-delivery procedures like tubal ligations and emergency hysterectomies. The role involves setting up delivery tables, aiding with vaginal deliveries, and maintaining supply rooms. This assignment offers you hands-on experience in a busy Level 3 trauma center with 12 Labor & Delivery beds, a dedicated OB ER, and three ORs. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly contributes to patient outcomes.
