Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced, floating environment across multiple UCSF facilities. You will be responsible for providing expert patient monitoring and assistance in intensive care units, often functioning beyond a single department to meet patient needs. Expect to adapt quickly to different ICU settings, including emergency, PACU, and other critical areas, while ensuring the highest standards of care. The position features a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, with the potential to switch shifts depending on staffing requirements. Your expertise with advanced devices like ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters will be vital as you support various critical care scenarios. The role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs seeking diversity in their clinical experience and a chance to make a real impact in patient outcomes.
