Job Description:

Join our team in Prescott, Arizona, for an exciting 13-week travel contract working in a CVICU setting. As a specialized critical care nurse, you will be responsible for managing complex cardiac diagnoses such as AMI, CAD, and PVD, utilizing advanced skills including IABP, CRRT, and post-operative OHS care. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing expert care during a busy nighttime unit focused on high-acuity patients. You’ll also take and pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to signing, and experience with Impella devices is preferred. The assignment offers the opportunity to work alongside in-house intensivists and nurse aides, with access to state-of-the-art equipment like vents, BiPap, and Vapotherm. This position promises a lively schedule with floating to other units as needed, giving you variety in your nightly routine. Expect a fast-paced environment where your skills will shine and your expertise will be vital to patient outcomes.
