Job Description:

Join a flexible and engaging laboratory leadership role managing a high-volume pathology unit in Louisville, KY. This 13-week contract involves overseeing a team of 15 staff members and supporting 12 pathologists, with the opportunity to draw on your expertise in CAP and CLIA compliance, digital pathology, and laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include staffing, instrument maintenance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, all in a close-knit team environment.
