Job Description:

Join the team at Central Maine Hospital in Lewiston, ME, for a 13-week RN contract in Med-Surg/Oncology. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious teaching hospital with 24/7 emergency and specialized care. You will primarily handle adult patients with diagnoses such as cancer, diabetes, pneumonia, and post-surgical recovery, utilizing advanced equipment like wound vacs, Prevena vacs, and Baxter IV pumps. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. No call required, with a focus on relationship-based care and flexible scheduling to meet patient and team needs.
