Job Description:

This contract position is tailored for a highly skilled CVOR ORT specialized in cardiac and thoracic procedures. The role involves scrubbing in on complex surgeries such as CABG, valve replacements, aortic repairs, TAVRs, and ECMO initiation, often in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment on the 4th floor of Levinson Heart Hospital. You'll be working primarily during 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with some rotational call and weekend duties when assigned. Expect to navigate a well-equipped unit performing a variety of advanced cardiac and thoracic surgeries, supporting the surgical team with your expertise in bypass cases, minimally invasive procedures, and DaVinci-assisted surgeries. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a reputable hospital setting while contributing to high-stakes cardiovascular cases.
